District Reform Meeting

This is a meeting to discuss the future of what is now known as Oakwood Emergency Rescue Service. We are looking to reform into a district encompassing our current service area, rather than a village owned entity. This reform would result in the formation of a new company that would be a Special Service District and would operate on a taxpayer funded basis. We will be canvasing the areas we currently serve very soon to petition for the referendum to be placed on the November ballot for election by the public. This is an effort to make timely emergency medical services available and sustainable into the future.
